My garmin tried to lower my FTP to 309 and LT to 169 which I refused because this wasn't an all out effort. Just hard because I sat in the back and had to sprint thanks to the accordion effect on the finish line turn. On the bright side it did count as a high aerobic activity which is a nice change of pace compared to giving me a base score for the previous races. My final placement was 50th of 69 finishers.
