my plan called for 3 at "race pace".  i didn't feel like i was going that fast, but when my mile beeped and it was under an 8 i was excited so i pushed on.  when the second mile beeped and it too was under 8 i was really excited.  i thought the 3rd would be slower, but i was uncomfortable not in pain like in a race.  in a race i would have pushed much harder so i think i could do better than this... i'm so stoked!
