Set the goal of running a sub 15 hour flat 100 a few months ago. Chose the Cap trail for my route and decided to do the full 102.4 miles to go for the FKT as well. 

Fell off 15 hour pace after halfway, ultimately splitting 100 in 15:58:45. Hobbled the last 2.4 miles to finish in 16:36:30, setting the new FKT.

The July heat definitely was less than ideal but my amazing crew did such a phenomenal job keeping me cool and going all day! So much thanks to Emily Slabach Jordan Chang🌋🐼 Kristen Chang Anna Wilson Mike Jones and Tom and Suze White!
