Afternoon Run

It was 8 hours hike / trail run including all the stops for food, views and casual chats. We've met two people that were sh*tting their pants off because of the exposure, but that was on the easy parts (closer to Harderkulm), so I don't think they are representative. If you don't like hundred mater drops next to you, it might be too much. But most parts are even possible to run, so it's not dangerous per-se, unless you step out of the trail. Few bits are scrambling with fixed protection, but only one part really make sense to protect, rest was easy scramble. What I'd agree on: don't underestimate hydration. I had 2l and my partner 3,5l of water and after a little bit of saving in last 1/4 we finished with 1l spare. And today was not particularly hot. Less than 2l per person won't make a fun trip.
