Race #298 - Goundhog Run W/Faye and Sarah

Stability & Mobility work

It was a success!  
Perfect Weather, hills, scenery changes, entertainment, hills, GREAT friends, and did I mention Hills? 

My target race is in 3 weeks (Mile 0 - 20 miler) and this was a training run/Don't hurt myself run.   
I felt STRONG and after this run, I proved to myself that I am ready to go!    

Once again ...  Thank you Kaitlin for the time spent with me and the "Strength for Runners" program that has gotten me to this level.   You are setting the bar pretty high with your 1:38 Half (3rd place AG) today! 

 I can see the benefits of sticking with it and am following your lead.
