And now to over share a little- sorry 
58:15 gate to gate 
Paced the climb like a dunce and spent all my eggs in the first mile, lost focus halfway up but held on enough. Caught my breath at the top briefly and descended. The descent was eh, it wasn’t open all the way up type of snow but my quads would have popped if it was. Overall not bad TT effort for zone 1ing the past few months, but I always forget that climbing fast is hard. In my head I’m like ‘ok when it starts to hurt do this’ but it starts hurting 3 steps in so I need to rethink my zen tactics. Jimmy owes me shoes 😁
