Achieved my two goals: get the three-peat and break 4 hours! Garmin and Strava are getting things mixed up...? My official time was 3:57:44, not 3:51:05, no matter how much I wish it was! Got an 11 minute PR today, but missed the course record by about 4 minutes. Ran the whole thing solo, which kinda sucked. I cramped up pretty bad with 3 miles left and it took me 50 minutes to get to the finish from Snowville.. Should have been a little more conservative on the stretch between Columbia and Snowville. Rolling into Snowville with a 6:26 mile is not the way to enter the hardest part of the course. I only walked 3 hills on the way out, and it was only half the hills that I walked. And on the way back I walked a couple more. Super pumped for an overall great day! Still walking around fine and plan to get back out running on Monday or Tuesday!
