Not the result I was hoping for. Ran into some stomach digestion issues after loop 7 on, was a hard several loops after that. But it was still a great time and I enjoyed it. Timed out but finished loop 12. I wanted to win or go out by timing out. In the end I was just not good enough *yet*. I'll learn and get better. 

400' of elevation and a wrong choice after loop 7 to drink a big smoothie had my stomach bloated and in pain. I couldn't pass gas. Tried gravol, Pepto, tums, ran through it for 5 hours and it still didn't go away. Tried making myself puke but I only dry heaved. It eventually slowed me down enough that I timed out. 

I think my body was too focused on the demanding course and elevation and so it wouldn't process the smoothie.
