Time to get fit AF again

My HR strap was broken and kept sitting at 80bpm. This was WAY harder than what that showed. My Whoop shows 7,500 calories burned. 

I don’t want to give away much of the story, but obviously didn’t click off the full 160. We are going full tilt, but the roads are SOOO SLOW. Literally the downhill is slower than the up. 

But straight up had a BLAST today. More pictures coming soon
