Woke up yesterday and today, wide awake at 4:17am, 3 minutes before my alarm.  Feeling great. 

My runs are mentally split up into:
0 - 10km: I listen to a podcast first, then switch to an audiobook.
16km: Half way, I switch to a second audio book.
22km: I realize I have 10km left, I start to increase my pace a bit here.
25km: I switch to music and increase my pace a lot.

For the past several days I've been eating just 2 things on my run and drinking water + gatorade. At 8km or so I eat a packet of trail butter.  At 15km I eat a packet of honeystinger chews.
