Bit late for the morning run today.. busy busy ☺️

Bit of a limp .. getting annoyed from yesterday’s blister! More plasters needed! ⛑️ 🩹 🤣

Annoyingly the lead bike (you’ve got one job!) messed up the course at the beginning.. turning way too early.. so 400m short.  Knew he’d got it wrong, but of course you’ve got to just follow.. gave it some effort, but knew the time wouldn’t count for anything! Hey ho.. let’s hope they get it right in 2 weeks time for the 10k! Well done everyone.. lovely to meet so many of you there 🙌🙌
