A wee run before heading in for overtime +hill strides

Excited to have this done but not so psyched on the trail! :-P
I had to run with a water bottle in one hand and my phone on GPS mode in the other; there is so many unmarked Junctions and pull outs it makes navigation kind of crazy
 nice to get this in the legs at a moderate tempo pace but I don't think I'm going to do this Trail again! 😜
