IP shuffle. Got a little off trail to make a loop and had to pack Maia through the thigh deep snow! That gets the lungs working at altitude!

Dashing through the snow, vacation can finally start...  Island park next stop and then the mighty Tetons!!

Morning Run

Some beautiful sections of super runnable trail.... And then sections of brutal rock and downed trees! Felt super solid if not crazy fast for the first 30k... Then pace dropped a bit, achilles tendons both super sore. Left knee felt weaker than I'd like and hammies and glutes as always tighter then they should be.
