Some beautiful sections of super runnable trail.... And then sections of brutal rock and downed trees! Felt super solid if not crazy fast for the first 30k... Then pace dropped a bit, achilles tendons both super sore. Left knee felt weaker than I'd like and hammies and glutes as always tighter then they should be.
