The mountains reminded me who’s boss today. Pushed pfeiff hard (was super surprised and happy to pr, sub 1:20 has been a goal since my first summer in SLC!), and was feeling good cruising the ridge and rehydrating and moving towards thunder ridge. Got into some class three, moving a little too fast, and pulled loose a 300-pound block. I fell backwards and managed to jump turn out of the way onto a ledge 10 feet below, but my momentum carried me over that until I was able to arrest on a block a little ways further down the face. Very fortunate to walk away with just some skin off my knuckles. 

Goal was to push over lone peak to scout that section and dial the notch descent to bells, but the thunder rolled as I was getting to big horn, and I was happy to bail down to upper bell.
