Morning Run

My younger dog started barking at something at 3:30am so I was out the door 30min early by 4am. I checked the doors were all locked because a few days ago my neighbor had a break-in.

Before I left I found my elderly dog had 💩 on the floor so I had to clean that up. 

At least I'd cut out the 30 hottest minutes of my run by starting this run 30min early.

It seemed hot from the start of my run. The previous mornings I had a slight cool breeze at least.

I ran through some trails I didn't know about near Blue Heron Hill called Little River Corridor.

Each day was faster than the last so far, but I don't expect that will continue. Still no need for ibuprofen or caffeine. No inflammation nor swelling.

It  felt HOT during the day time. Thank god for the sprinkler systems I ran through that kept me cool. Sorry if I ran on your lawn to hit your sprinkler 😂.

My heart rate stayed a lot lower than my previous runs. Not sure why.
