Phew! I hit the milestone I’ve been working towards for a few months now. So aside from taking two weeks out to move house / recode the Oak website (!) I’ve been running a half marathon a week for a few months now. 

Today marks 21 times I’ve run a half marathon ( 21.1km ) or longer on a Sunday. 

Of course today is the day I have a bit of trouble too’ In the last few hundred metres my thigh twinged painfully, and I got to the HM distance but couldn’t really manage much further. So I had to spend the next hour walking home! Via Greggs for a snack, which was an odd experience that I’m not sure reading lots of William Gibson had prepared me for. 

Thanks to Nemone for the music on this one - the Six Mix with Peggy Gou was pretty great. Acid and electro through Hyde Park was perfect. Even had a lovely Halcyon remix in there that raised a smile!

I’ll stop there because I have a blog post in all this that I’ll write separately and post in the week hopefully. 

Thanks to all of you for your encouragement so far. Quite amazing going from no exercise to speak of to a weekly half marathon. I’m not quite sure where this has all come from!
