Felt strong on the traverse and tried to keep moving the whole time (minus two quick photo ops on the ridge). Didn’t stop my watch at all during this part because I wanted an accurate reading on time. 2:02:04 for the traverse elapsed time.

Ditched my tshirt and took it down a notch after the traverse. Ended up walking/stopping my watch a bunch on passaconway and west side, hence the ridiculous splits after mile 11. Brought two soft flasks but ran out of water on west side rd. It’s going to be a toasty couple of days in the valley!
