Easy stroll through the neighborhood with some long gentle ascent/descent repeats and some short steeper ascents. Ran one of those long gentle ascents with a Michigan Tech Cross Country/Track and Field athlete - unsurprisingly that was my fastest mile of the day.

I didn't know there was a waterfall just off M26 - I am sure I have heard its roar but had never seen it till today! Good run.
