Thanks to my amazing wife and favorite running partner  @Jill Breitwieser for planning this day since our race got cancelled. She kept me going today through dehydration, leg cramps, rubbed my legs, grabbed the pickles from the confused clerk at Subway & helped me deal with the heat on this hard day!!! Beautiful day for a run, but got a little hot towards the end! Special thanks to our friend @Jason Hallenback for surprising us near the end by driving to Richmond, running in with us, giving us water, taking us to McDonald’s & best of all driving us back to Jamestown to our car so that we didn’t have to wait 2+ hours for the Amtrak! Quite the adventure, can’t wait to better our time next fall when the weather is cooler & I get my hydration/cramping figured out!
