Gait Happens - Fit Feet Program Week 8 / Day 2

Hard ride - that hill is a tough one.  Felt Saturdays 100 miler as well as this made 25.8 running miles and 237 riding miles in 7 days - a lot for me so legs a little tired.

Probably where I should have been place wise based on the stated w/kg range - funny looking at the C and D categories as people won with much higher w/kg than stated for the group.  I could have placed better in the A group as only a few riders and I would not have gotten last.
