I had difficulty breathing tonight. My heart was pounding out of my chest. I'm not sure why. Perhaps low blood volume from being slightly dehydrated? I didn't drink enough during the day.  I felt strong though, but low energy. Humid and windy. Finally tested out Strava Live Segments. Cool training feature. Lots of cyclist out tonight. Blessed to return home in one piece.
