Not a lot of elevation but most in the last 30+ miles.

This was a low calorie intake ride as only had 3 SFuels water bottles, 2 plain water bottles, one NutButter, one Vespa at about half way and one gel at end as was a little tired and had a big hill to do.

Pre-ride was my modified Bullet Proof Coffee, 1 cu oatmeal with fresh blueberries and a 20oz Sfuels drink, no UCAN this time, with Vespa
