Tuesday’s ergo. 5k test. First 3.5k limited to rate 23 then free. With wu/wd. Paul’s law  from my recent 2k suggested target pace of 2:04

This includes; leaving the start-marshalling area; paddling downstream through the Victoria Bridge; turning round onto the boathouse (east) side of the river; building up then then paddling for 2,681m upstream to the HOR finish.
