Legs in pretty good shape, result not too bad. Updownupdownupdown parcours made it about the least racey-feeling race I can remember doing. Rode a good 1h15/31 km completely on my own! Then joined by a resurgent Maxime Galletti who kept me company up Croix-de-Coeur ;-) (Only to drop me on the last technical descent down to Verbier...) 

Edit: thanks to Steve Morabito for dragging me to a KOM on the Le Lacoui 4 climb, as he did his training interval and I suffered to get back to the lead group
