Easy jog just before hard rain! Good timing.
25min tempo (maybe a bit too fast) then walk/jog back home
Going very easy. It's quite difficult to keep good form at slow pace in fact.
Today is a holiday here, Marine Day( = umi no hi - 海の日), but I'm closer to the mountain :-)
Longer and slower. With good GPS! Loosening the band might be the trick!
