Mostly balance, with a little bit of grippiness.  Then a 2 mile row and legs lifts to finish off the morning. Sam and Nathan Wright  showed off hanging by one arm held at a right angle. Now I have something else to work towards… And my daughter got engaged over the weekend. So one more in the queue with our oldest getting married this Saturday. Nothing like staying busy to keep me out of trouble.
