Half marathon at zone 3 pace. Last 2 miles were hideous. Wind and rain were testing....glad that's done.
5k before work.
Steady miles. Legs felt heavy after the 10k yesterday.
Steady 10k with the wife. Fast paced to finish. Felt good.
Steady 5 miles. The long drag from eight kings to heights was tough.
