Late start and changing winds

Took rear derailleur/chain off before packing in bike box but it meant no bent hanger or broken derailleur if a little longer reassembly.

Absolutely boiling hot even at 6pm.. going to be a struggle to do 508 miles in 48 hours especially with the climbing involved.
