Part suffer fest, part joy in a cup. What a challenge for my legs and lungs, but glad I stuck with it. Truly one of the most breathtaking routes anywhere. Always changing and complete with goats! With the crazy cross winds in sections, there was only one protected descent where you could just open it up without fear of setting sail. The cars joining us on this narrow route made it very interesting. Many decided to do 10 point turns in front of us, fearing the imminent log jam at the end, including one that almost sent me off a cliff. Must learn some good swear words in Spanish…not sure my English ones landed. 😁 Forgot HRM back at our inn…grrrr…
