Promising start. But didn’t take long for the pain to reduce me to a near-hobble. Not that gaging pace was ever going to be easy in that wind. 
Keep on stretching... keep on Radoxing... keep on keeping them short (maybe shorter than this)... and keep on hoping. 
Oh - and I see HR stats are back to incredible... so much for this strap being any better! Its readings before I set off are reasonable. And I hardly shot out of the blocks this morning. So no idea what’s going on. Other than it may well be my heart..?
