Had no motivation to get on bike but did it and had an awesome workout. 😅 Funny how that happens. Tried to work on high cadence and stay around 95-100. This worked the low to mid 3 zone and high 2 zone for entire ride. Sweating a lot. Great endurance ride. For me I was only at 35 resistance to keep the high cadence. Will be fun to see how I do as I continue to build cycling fitness again. Recommend!
