Needed an wrist brace this time..

Steel wheels hum, a breeze so chill,
Two-point-five kay, against my will!
Eight-thirty's bliss, a heart rate's spree,
Thirty-point-two, a speed for me!
Seven meters up, what a climb,
Cold as a witch's, frozen grime.
Cloudy skies and zero breeze,
This "easy" skate, it brought me unease.
My Strava's smug, it knows the score,
I'm off to bed, and then some more.
