Gotta get over this cold! Felt good & bad. At least it was fun catching up with Ms Loretta & Shane Shredhard. Hopefully we’ll all be ready for Saturday’s race. Finally improved on Explorer!
Clint’s big adventure for TNGA prep including Stanley Gap, Green Mtn & Long Branch plus a Jeep trail. He made me go “endurance” pace. We ate at Coopers Creek Store after resupplying at my bro’s cabin. Probably not good after being sick 4 days!
Checked out JFA Trail in Pleasant Ridge County Park. Rooty & rocky in some sections but decent amount of flow. Snakes were out! A lot of storm damage. But down trees are cleared. Another great ride. Did everything 2-3 times.
Checked out Saluda Confluence (the Farm) trails near Travelers Rest. Super flowy and fast. Had a blast but got lost… twice!
Rick’s birthday ride with Clint, Branden, Stan, and Lee on Mulberry Mayhem route. It was tough as usual but good times. Got some bonus workout pushing McClintock on his SS on the flats so he could keep up. 😬
