Holy hills. That was a tough course. I was not ready for that much up and down. Did my best to push the pace but was feeling it by mile 5.  Felt so strong during a lot of training runs and thought I had a PR in me but today was not the day and that is how the cookie crumbles 🤪 Time for this body to get some much needed rest.
