If you have a north-eastern wind and you can leave the house either in north-western or south-eastern directions, that is a hard choice. So, I decided to ride to Zierikzee and go across the Zeelandbrug. Always a great place to ride, you know it is going to be tough if the wind indicator goes straight against the direction you are cycling in. But it was a good ride.
Fun detail, in Zierikzee I got flagged down by a German woman who wanted to drive to the North Sea, but didn’t have navigation and was happy to see someone wearing a German brand, so she could speak German. 🤣 After that, I went and had a quick chat with a friend, before heading back home. Well spent morning.
