Didn’t go out too fast. Didn’t add to the planned distance when a marathon PB was on the cards*. None of the graphs show any spikes of note, least not once the HRM had settled down. 

5’38” faster than 27/01’s 23.1-miler, when the last eight miles were 7summats. So happy with that. 

* a) Strava distance vs real mara; b) had to get back for family breakfast. 
Aye, four weeks out that’ll do.
