Great day out with the Monday crew, whom I haven't ridden with in quite a while. I'm not a big fan of the lowland routes they do for a number of reasons. It was nice riding with 煎魚Ken 🥒​, Lee Damico​, Alan Robinson​, gary virshup​, Valerie Jones​, Mike Adams​, The Green One​, Steve Rempel​ and, Robert Marinaro​ If I forgot anyone, sorry!!

Took it easy since tomorrow is HRU, and I need a day of recovery riding, which I stopped getting by missing out on my Boomer Mondays. I quickly realized this past week that I can't ride as hard as I've been riding three days a week. So now Im moving back to recovery Mondays, so Im better equipped for my hard effort days.

Like I always say, if you're not on your bike, on these beautiful roads, with spectator views, and surrounded by nothing but awesome people, tour doing things ALL WRONG!!!
