Bonky bonk, sat at the drinking fountain for a few minutes..lol. Bovine sightings at the Preserve. They opened it up for grazing.
Cruising the streets in my hood. Was not going to run today bc had a blood draw but how could I miss global running day!
Calves still tight but felt decent. What a nice day out there!
Recover from my vert day on Saturday. Everything felt pretty decent except my calves were like concrete blocks! Just a little bit of a steep downhill and they were screaming.
