Sticking with the plan I made on 2024-12-14 (60 minutes or 10k each day … whichever came later, and sprinkling of speed - structured or otherwise - whenever easy felt a bit too easy), ran at home at an easy effort level in pursuit of reaching 1536 running miles for the 2024 calendar year.

Ran at home after the work day. Started from 6.0 mph and bumped it by 0.10 mph every 10 minutes to break the monotony. No sprinkling of speed. Winter weather advisory outside. Good run.
