Big THANK YOU to Denver Sports Recovery…

At the beginning of 2024, I made my main focus to improve my very low bone density on a very weak 60kg frame. Very happy to see big improvements today with all the extra trail running/hiking/plyometrics/weights and all the recovery tools provided by the staff. 

Still a 60kg frame but feeling much stronger, much improved bone density and more at peace. All the time spent on the bike…a very peaceful bonus 🙏
