Trying out the rib

Got all kitted up to go do now backyard hill repeats, but my rib was just too painful. Pretty sure at this point that I fractured or bruised my next to lowest left side rib when I fell down the steps last week. Uphill doesn't bother it much, but downhill isn't great and faster is worse. 

Anyhow, spun easy and watched another episode of The Gentlemen. Did a couple of short efforts at around 300W at the end which were harder than i might hope.
