Beat my last years time by 4 minutes!! And didn’t die!!! So much fun ripping Skyline. Nailed nutrition and pacing. Prioritized speed on the flats and didn’t take too many risks on the downs. Thankful for Adam Ribeiro running fast and carrying me the last 3 miles. When Adam and I hit the final 1/3 mile fire road I found another gear and the fast twitch muscles took over. Crossed the finish line and dry heaved a bunch 😂 why do we do this to ourselves! Thanks Trail Animals Running Club !
