Running Soles C'ville Group run - Good Run After this morning ride and TTT race on Zwift

A few miles before the group run

WTRL Team Time Trial - Zone 11 (LATTE) on Beach Island Loop in Watopia w/ 4 mile cool down

Semi-fasted run with only a coffee, cream, tsp sugar for flavor, LMNT and collagen.  Took a Vespa  UC and Sur Alt Red before run.  Took water with SFules 2 but only had a couple swigs so no carbs there.

As had not run tails in a while and  glute and hamstring tight to start went really easy to start and after that goal was just to un easy.
