Stupid treadmill tried to kill me

Feeling a good bit better today

Stomach issues the last month. Add to that lots of stress from a family emergency yesterday that is now resolved and everyone’s ok probably leading to more stomach issues. Also, stress led to bad dreams so even thought the number of hours was great it wasn’t restful. Plus I didn’t get to hydrate as much as I wanted yesterday so went into it a little dehydrated. Normally I probably could have fixed it easily but with said stomach issues, I probably only drank 1.5-2 L over the 8 hours and almost 35 miles. Food consumption was also super low…almost non existent. 2 eggs with/ 1/5 pepper and a few slices of cheese plus a small roll for breakfast before. During: one ~90 calorie gel, 4 small pieces of chocolate covered Graham crackers/ pretzels, one sliver of pumpkin pie by the second lap, then only 2 Oreos, and a small slice of pizza for the next 6. 

The pumpkin pie really turned my stomach and after that I mostly stopped fueling even though it recovered.
