Příjemné proběhnutí přes Czechy i Niemcy. Dole trochu mlhavo a zima, ale jakmile jsem nastoupal nějaké metry, bylo lépe a nad obzor lezlo sluníčko. Dneska jsem si to dal víc běžecké a nelezl jsem na žádné kopce volným terénem. Šlo to docela na pohodu a dohromady tenhle týden naběháno 72km - not bad. Na závěr sacharidový, regenerační nápoj 😉.

A nice run through the Czech Republic and Germany. It was a bit foggy and chilly down below, but as soon as I gained some altitude, it got better, and the sun was starting to peek over the horizon. Today, I went for a more straightforward running session, skipping any hills or cross-country trails. It was pretty chill overall, and I clocked a total of 72km this week—not bad. Wrapped it up with a carb-loaded recovery drink 😉.
