November hero dirt showed up right on schedule

If you haven't used chatgpt to analyze your prior years workouts, do it! I leave a lot of descriptions in my workouts like if I was sick etc..Uploading my lifetime activities I asked some questions about my habits, routines, and illness I should prepare for. Sure enough, December is a high risk month of illness for me that interrupts my workouts.  As I enter a high risk month, I'll now take preventative cautions and lets see if I can start to improve my Decembers for the rest of my life! Using Ai to help improve a lifetime of what makes me happiest.

These lifestyle health and wellness recommendations based on prior years data are things Strava and Garmin connect hold the keys to and could build entire walls to their businesses from. Heck, I'm tempted to track my kids health now so every year we know the roughest months and get recommendations to prepare before the sicknesses arrive. You know sickness is coming, better to be prepared than act surprised every single year. Or maybe adjust routine to dodge those big sick months. Maybe when I'm older If the data plays out for high prevalence sickness months I'll just move away those months. 

Strava should hands down just partner with OpenAi and call it a day. Bummer Strava left SF, cause they really could be great compliments. I love the chatbot style for asking about my most active months so I can invest in those months knowing they are my big months or figuring out how to improve my down months to understand what impedes my activities in those down months. November and December are excellent months for me, culminating with a brilliant January historically. Lets see if that remains true this year. It demonstrates that If I'm investing in equipment or activities in my next few months I can let my life go on cruise control and great things are going to happen, I don't need to optimize these next few months, cool shit is part of my November, December, January rhythm. Can't wait to see what November brings!
