Morning Run

Jumped on the bike. Felt strong and ready. Riding according to plan 245-255W. Fast with my aerodynamics. After 2 hours I started feeling stomach discomfort. I would basicly need 2 liters of fluids per hour to effectively keep hydrating and that was impossible to digest. I had few bad experiences like this from heat training. 

Not the time I want. Not the power I planned, but that’s what Kona is about, keep fighting. Roughly 15 minutes behind plan.
