Super proud of that - promised myself I’d try one break. Followed the correct wheel, the break just went the next time.

Relatively tough from the gun was at 350/360 average by the top of titans 

Paced the grade very well - 423w 10.46 @78.9kg (5.36 w/kg)

Held onto a pack but had absolutely no legs for sprint at the end 

Onwards and upwards

Lessons;

Felt fatigue from Tuesday. Next qualifier may be worth skipping the double ZRL

nutrition with a 2 hour weigh in window was fun.
