#Great Cycling Challenge I Decide to spend some time on my bike for once and enjoyed the day. Dutch Bros stop on Churn Creek too ☕️YES !!! I ventured out on to traffic it’s been a long while.

I decided not to push it too hard. My knee and leg felt better today. But. Left lateral knee started stabbing again so I cut it shorter than my plan 🤷‍♀️. Time requires patient’s. My are running thin. I need to train for a Gnarly hike in March !! .
